What is a petiteBox?
Every month, we send a box of hand-picked ‘mommy and baby’ products of the highest quality to new and expectant moms. Each box is lovingly curated by our team of experts and specifically tailored to your stage of pregnancy (from 17 weeks) or age of baby (up to 12 months old) so that it is as appropriate and personalized as possible. petiteBox is designed to look after moms as well as their babies. We know this is an overwhelming time and we want to help you make the right decisions – particularly the ones that affect you and your little one the most. Every month, you will be delighted by our selection of 4-7 products and samples by some of the most trusted and coveted brands in the mommy and baby world. We include everything that we think you’ll need in these precious months, from skin creams and lotions, to baby accessories and clothing. And don’t be surprised if we include a few little treats for you also (after all, you deserve a little pampering!). We want to hold your hand every step of the way so you will find plenty of information on the products we include, as well as how to use them correctly. But we know it’s not just the products you have to decide on - there a whole host of decisions throughout pregnancy and beyond. So we’ve included tips and tricks from our team of experts including midwives, medical practitioners, stylists and beauty experts. We want to make sure you look and feel your best and that you are supported in every decision you make.
How are petiteBox products different from other samples?
We have industry experts searching the market for the best and highest quality products out there. We choose very carefully based on a variety of factors including safety, eco-friendliness, design, exclusivity, and, of course, the most important criteria for our team: would we buy these products for our own babies? Many petiteBox samples are full-size but you may also receive trial packs. The samples we provide are not the ‘freebies’ you could easily pick up at a drugstore or find in a magazine. Often our samples are made especially for petiteBox and our customers. Rest assured, you will be getting a delightful mix of trial- and full-size samples!
Which payment types are available?
We are happy to offer all major credit cards. Please note that the first petiteBox must be paid immediately, while the following installments will be debited to your account or credit card 10-14 days before shipment. Shipment is approximately the last week of each month, meaning you will be charged in approximately the middle of each month. There are no other hidden costs associated with your purchase. All shipping and handling fees are already in the price!
Where can I view my personal information?
You can manage your profile and orders directly in your customer account. You can change your shipping and billing address, by clicking on “my subscriptions". Then press the “edit” button and alter one or the other, or both. If you want to change your banking account or credit card details, please get in touch directly with our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 1-855-738-4842.
Oh No! My baby couldn't wait and has arrived early. What do I have to do?
Congratulations! We are so happy for you!! We know you must be exhausted, but we’d love it if you could please just send a message to our customer service team at email@example.com or on 1-855-738-4842, letting us know that your bundle of joy has arrived already. We'll then automatically be sending you the box for baby's first month next. And if you have time, please send us a photo of you and/or your little one– we’d love to share it with our community!
When will my credit card be charged?
The payment for your first petiteBox is due immediately after purchasing your subscription. All following installments will be charged to your credit card 10-14 days before shipment. Shipment is approximately the last week of each month, meaning your credit card will be charged in the middle of each month.
Are there any extra costs?
There are no hidden costs. You are only paying the monthly rate of $25 + Tax in NY and CA. All shipping and handling fees are included in the price!
Can I cancel my subscription?
If you have purchased a monthly subscription, you can cancel your ongoing subscription by contacting our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 855 738 4842. We would be happy to help you. Or you can go to your customer account online to do so. Please note that as we charge credit cards 10-14 days before shipment, and as such, we require notice of at least 14 days before your next petiteBox is due for shipment. If this is not the case, the cancellation takes effect the following month. Once cancellation takes effect, no more money will be charged on your account and you will not receive any more petiteBoxes. But, of course, please stay in touch with us through facebook and our other channels – we’d still love to have you as part of our community! Our 6-month and 12-month prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.
Can I have my order shipped via express delivery?
No, unfortunately, this is not possible. All boxes are shipped at the same time at the end of each month.
Is the second petiteBox delivered to me automatically or do I have to do anything?
After you've received your first petiteBox, you'll automatically get one box a month for the remainder of your subscription without having to do anything else. Your subscription ends with your baby's first birthday. If you start your subscription from 17 weeks of pregnancy (our first offering), then you will receive 18 boxes over the life of your subscription (up until when you baby turns one year old).
I think my parcel got lost. What can I do?
Don't worry! Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com or on 1-855-738-4842. We will help you as much as we can to track down your petiteBox!
I am thrilled with my petiteBox; how can I recommend it?
We would love you to do so! The easiest way to invite your friends to petiteBox is by inviting them to our facebook group. We would love to grow our community of moms so you can ask each other tips and tricks, as well as generally support each other on this journey.
When will my petiteBox be shipped?
All petiteBoxes are shipped together at the end of each month. Please note that this means all boxes are shipped simultaneously and not as each order is processed.
I still haven't got my petiteBox. Whom do I contact?
Please refer to your personal customer account as you will find all the information you need including the status of your shipment. However, if you have any concerns or problems with your parcel, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team so we can help rectify the issue as soon as we can. Can I predetermine the content of my petiteBox?
The petiteBox is meant to be a wonderful surprise for you and your baby. In your personal profile, please tell us which week of pregnancy you are in or the age of your baby. With this information we can design your box according to your needs. The actual content, however, stays a secret until your parcel arrives! Think of it as like getting your own surprise goodie bag full of beautiful products each month.
Can I choose which box I want to have?
The petiteBox team really wants to surprise you! We want to treat you to some beautiful products – some you won’t expect, while others will just be a delightful surprise. Each month, you'll be getting a box specifically designed for your stage of pregnancy or age of child. Still curious? With the shipping you can find on our website, under 'products' a list of links to all online stores that sell the products in your box.
How much is shipping if I want to order one of the products in my box?
If you decide to order a specific product in your box from an online store (that we direct you to), please inquire about shipping rates, terms and conditions directly with the supplier in question. We only direct you to the online store – we do not receive any affiliate payment from them and are not involved in any of their shipping or other processes.
